We respect the rights of performers and copyright owners. This page explains how to get content removed from TelegramSexCam.
1. Are you the performer? Use the fast route
You do not need a formal DMCA notice to remove your own profile or photos. Send a request through our contact page with:
- the link to your profile on TelegramSexCam;
- what you want: remove the whole profile, remove specific photos, or correct information;
- a way for us to confirm it is you, for example a message from the account on the platform you work on.
We take the profile or photos offline while we check, and confirm by email when it is done.
2. Formal copyright notice (DMCA)
If you own the copyright to content on TelegramSexCam, or act for the owner, send a notice through our contact page. Under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), it must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the person authorised to act for the owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The exact URL of each page or image on TelegramSexCam you want removed.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
We also handle notices from outside the US the same way.
3. What happens next
- We confirm we received your notice.
- We check that it is complete. If something is missing, we ask for it.
- We remove or disable the content when the notice is valid.
- We tell the person who provided the content, where we can, and keep a record.
4. Counter-notice
If content you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice through our contact page. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The content that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found), and that you will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
We forward a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have started legal action, we may restore the content.
5. Repeat infringers
We remove listings and block sources that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
6. False notices
Knowingly making a false claim in a notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Only send a notice if you are sure.
Our agent
TelegramSexCam receives all copyright and removal notices through the contact page. This is the fastest route and the only one we monitor.
